Grassendale is a beautifully furnished 5 bedroom/5 bathroom home and is destined to become one of our most popular properties.
It will sleep 10 people comfortably.
This home is owned by the same family as our Pawnall home and for those guests that have stayed in that home already, you would be well aware of the quality that Grassendale will offer.
Like Pawnall, this home features a pool, spa, games room, TV/DVD in every room, high-speed internet access which is complimentary to all our guests and a great location, very close to the rear entrance of Windsor Hills, which is also gated and manned 24 hours a day.
Other features of Grassendale include a spacious kitchen, a very large living room, separate dining area, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a two car garage, which has been converted into a games room, which boasts a pool table, air hockey table and cable TV.
The main living area is superbly furnished and has a 50 inch plasma television and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully fitted too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone, and you will find all your crockery, and cutlery, as well as linens and towels, supplied for your stay.
Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a superb screened in swimming pool, and a spa.
For families, it is worth noting too that this pool area has a child safety net installed for your added security.
One thing that you will not find that often is a view of the fireworks from Disney. We often get asked if you can see the fireworks from our homes and a lot of other people actually promise this to their guests without it being true.
From Grassendale, you actually can.
It may be in the distance but because of the elevated position of this home, you can see the Epcot fireworks at 9 PM from a small hill at the back of the pool deck.
Grassendale really is a superb vacation home and with the proximity it enjoys to all the local facilities and attractions represents tremendous value for money and is unquestionably one of the finest homes in our inventory and comes very highly recommended.
