The living area is tastefully furnished and features a 32 inch cable television and DVD player. Another feature that we like is the extra sitting room that this home has. This adds even more room for the larger family to enjoy and has been a major plus with our guests in the past.
The dining area is situated next to a well-stocked kitchen which houses dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. All kitchen utensils, crockery, pots and pans, etc. are provided as are all towels and linens. A washer and dryer are also available.
The master bedroom is very spacious and features a king size bed, TV and full en-suite facilities. There are also 2 queen bedrooms, with the other bedroom being themed for children and featuring 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms have TV/DVD.
From the dining area, there are patio doors which lead out to a fully screened pool, and spacious pool deck. From here, you can see the beautiful view of the lake from which the house gets its name.
It is a very quiet street, and very tranquil.
Liberty Village is about 6 miles from the main I-4 highway and minutes away from local shops and amenities. Available on a long term lease of 7 months or longer, the price is $1,450 a month plus utilities.
