Oakwater is a brand new, superbly situated resort, only 2 miles from Walt Disney World, and is set to become one of the premier vacation resorts in the Kissimmee area.
It will certainly be one of the most popular, and it is easy to see why.
The question we are asked the most is, 'how far is the home from Disney World?'. With Oakwater the answer is simple, it is the closest community there is, period. The amenities are a major plus here too and include a beautiful heated community pool, a fitness centre, and clubhouse. All this, and a lake view too!.
With tennis courts already in place, a basketball court and a volleyball court too, Oakwater does have it all, but is still relatively quiet having just been completed. It is full of some of the nicest condos you could ever wish to see, and Live, Laugh, Love is certainly one of them.
Oakwater enjoys an excellent location, only 2 miles from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal, 15 minutes from Sea World and an hour away from Kennedy Space Center.
A 3 bedroom home, with 2 bathrooms, this ground floor unit is superbly furnished with your comfort in mind.
It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, but we do restrict occupancy to 6 people to protect the integrity of the home.
The bedrooms consist of a Master with a king size bed and full en-suite facilities, another Queen size bedroom and a very practical twin room, with a set of bunk beds. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a wall mounted plasma television, and there is a PS2 also available in the childrens bedroom.
Other features of Live, Laugh, Love include a full kitchen, stylish living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Another major plus for a condo is that this home also enjoys a single car garage!.
The main living area also boasts a 50 inch wall mounted plasma television, with a DVD player and a sound system.
The room has superb leather furniture, is painted in rustic colors and has a very stylish appearance.
Incidentally, note too that this home enjoys high-speed internet access, which is offered free of charge. It is not wireless internet, but an ethernet cable is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone.
All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.
Sliding patio doors from the living area lead onto a screened in patio, from which you can enjoy an open view of the community facilities, or the relaxing view of the lake.
